“My mission is simple. I’ll work hard on your behalf, to find the right mortgage deal for you.”

Discussing your mortgage needs open, often personal conversation. That’s because finding the right deal begins with honesty, which means I need to know what you’re really looking for. Your priorities, your concerns, and your needs. So, we won’t meet in a coffee shop or a pub – walls have ears, after all. Instead, I work from a dedicated and completely confidential office. When we meet there, I’ll do everything I can to help you feel comfortable, whatever your circumstances. (Oh, and I assure you that no question is too “silly” to ask).

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

FIRST TIME BUYERS

Buying your first home is a huge, often confusing life event, but don’t worry! I will guide you through the available options in a relaxed, jargon-free conversation that’s completely shaped around you and your needs – whether you come to our meeting armed with research, or just a long list of questions.

BUY TO LET

There is a whole wealth of different rules and regulations that apply to buy-to-let properties, so our conversation will be aimed around helping to reduce stress or confusion. My first step will involve understanding whether you’re adding to an existing property portfolio, or considering a first-time investment. Then, I’ll search a comprehensive range of products, using my years of experience to find the right deal for you.

*The FCA does not regulate some forms of Buy to Lets.

FUNDS FOR DIY

Are you longing for a shiny new kitchen, a ‘sun trap’ patio, or an indulgent bathroom that inspires envy? Many people don’t realise that they are able to release funds for home improvement projects, often without increasing their mortgage payments. If this is something you’d like to explore, I’d be very happy to discuss potential options with you. (Just for the record, my new driveway makes me smile every time I get out of the car).

*Please be aware that increasing your mortgage amount without adjusting your monthly payments will result in an extension of the mortgage term which will also impact the amount of interest payable overall.

DIVORCEES

Divorce can be an incredibly scary and unsettling time. I often meet new divorcees who have never dealt with the household finances before. Suddenly, they are thrown into the confusing situation of having to arrange a new mortgage for themselves and their family. Whatever your story, our conversation will always focus on clear, jargon-free explanation, during which I will be happy to answer every question on your mind.

DEBT CONSOLIDATON

If you’re looking to consolidate your debts with a new mortgage deal, the first thing you need to know is that I work completely without judgement. The second thing you need to know is that I don’t work from standardised templates. We’ve all got different perceptions of what makes ‘good’ and ‘bad’ debt, and everybody’s story is unique. All I ask is that you are completely honest about your circumstances, so I can get straight to work on finding the right deal for you.

*Think carefully before securing other debts against your home/property.

REMORTGAGE

You don’t have to wait until the end of your current mortgage deal before you begin assessing your options. In fact, I recommend preparing around six months in advance. Together, we’ll look at the benefits of finding you a deal with a new lender (for which I will search a comprehensive range of products), making a rate switch with your current lender, or remaining on your lender’s standard variable rate. It’s all about clarifying your choices, so that you can make the right decision without having to worry.

As Seen In

If you’d like to arrange a quick telephone call to see how we might be able to work together, I’d love to hear from you.
